After honing his craft in the Danish countryside, Jonas Mikkelsen brings his uncompromising outlook to the city with a no-frills approach to fine dining. Experience a fixed menu featuring in-season vegetables, fish and shellfish, and carefully selected meats.

“It’s all about the taste, and then we make it look good as well. It’s palette over presentation,” says head chef Jonas Mikkelsen.

Expertise, quality produce and a focus on animal welfare combine to bring a considered depth to every dish.

The menu at Magny is a 12-servings set menu, shaped by the everchanging Nordic seasons, and with elements derived from carefully selected producers across the region who meet our standards for sustainability, animal welfare and low-impact fishing.

A visit to Magny is expected to last 2,5 hours. 

We are a small restaurant with a small team. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate extensive allergies, dietary preferences, or restrictions.
